Let us know if you need it hot and ready to serve, or if you will be heating it up at a later time. We will have it boxed and all set to go.

Choose your meal plan and the meals include rolls, our own Sweet & Sassy and Hot Hawg BBQ Sauce, Plates, Plastic Tableware.

Decide on the meal you want, let us know when and where you want it delivered.  We will bring it to your location and help set up if you need us to.

Buffet Service

This is the way to go if you, as the host, want to not have to worry about the meal part of your event.  We will come to your location, set-up, and have the buffet ready for your guests at your scheduled time.  We maintain the buffet and provide the Ice Tea for your guests.  After the meal we clean-up our area.

The meals include rolls, our own Sweet & Sassy and Hot Hawg BBQ Sauce, Plates, Plastic Tableware, and Ice Tea

How to plan the catering

We will need to get some basic information to get started, such as:

• Number of expected guests
• Event date and time
• Location
• The occasion
• Ideas of what you would like on the menu
• The budget to stay within (price per person, or package price)

Please feel free to ask questions, as we will “play 20 questions” also, so that together, we can plan the event that you will enjoy and wow your guests.

Some Reservation Policies:

The “Fine Print”

Booking:  While most events we cater are planned well in advance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on short notice.  We will do our best for your group.

Headcount:  Please provide a final head count 5 business days prior to your event.  This is the number we use to order supplies, to prepare your food, and finalize the invoice.

Service:  Servers will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal serving time to set-up the buffet line. They will maintain the buffet and beverages.  After the meal, the servers will clean up the buffet line and serving area.  One hour of serve time is included in the price.  Depending on location, there may be a transportation fee.  Quotes will include transportation/service fee.

Payment:  a non-refundable deposit maybe required, which will be applied to final bill.  Final balance due on day of event.

Cancellation 72 hours prior to the event you will be billed 50% of final cost.  Cancellation 24 hours will result in 100% payment of final bill.
